I've been taking Juice Plus for about a year and a half, and I've been a partner with the company for about a year. I can tell you that the results my family have had are amazing! Even though we're in a pandemic, and here in Florida we only wear masks when required, my kids did not get sick. I personally tested positive for COVID, but never had any symptoms. In full disclosure, we do take probiotics, which is essential for your immune system.
I try to get my kids to eat fruits and vegetables, but just like for all of you, it's a struggle and a fight. I keep looking at the doctor recommendations, and the government recommendation for fruit and vegetable intake, and we just can't get there. And I'm pesca-vegan (vegan + fish)! Keep in mind, I only eat fish once a week at most, so my diet is 99% plant based, and I still struggle. Juice Plus had been something mentioned to me several times, and when a friend of mine started posting about it, I got interested. It's a company that has been around for over 40 years, and focuses on healthy living; absolutely speaking to me. Their promise is to help you "bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat".
For the purposes of this post, I'm going to be focusing only on the supplements.
The Breakdown
Juice Plus offers fruits, veggie, berry supplements in chewable and capsule forms. They also offer omegas, but only in capsules. Ready for a bonus? All vegan! That's right, you heard me; a VEGAN omega supplement. Unlike most supplements you find, these will have all names of things you recognize; like carrots, celery, tomato, cranberries and dates. It's just things that we should be eating more of but don't have the time to.

In my family, the kids take the chewable fruits, veggies, and berries every morning. For a 9 and 10-year-old, it's a total of six chewables each. My daughter LOVES the flavor of the chewables and eats them up quickly before she even thinks about breakfast. I'm afraid she might see them as a treat, so I keep them high up on a shelf, so she doesn't take more than she is supposed to!
The best thing is that they do eat them; every morning. I do tell them it's a way to help get all the fruits and veggies they need to be healthy, and they feel that these chewables are a much more agreeable alternative that cauliflower!
I take the capsules for fruits, veggies, berries, and omegas which is a total of eight capsules. For me, I can easily swallow them in two handfuls. Only the omega capsules have a slight taste to them, and it isn't bad.
The Science and Proof

Juice Plus has paid for over 40 clinical studies (as of August 2022) to be done on their products. They are dedicated to making sure the product helps people, and understanding its full effect on our body. Their studies focus on a number of areas including: immune function, inflammation, skin health (heck yes!), gut heath, and metabolic heath to name a few. As someone who suffers from psoriasis, I can tell you mine has gotten better. Keep in mind that I am pesca-vegan, I am practicing mediation, I am active in my fitness, and I drink so much water that I have to pee all the time! But, I do believe that health starts with what you put in your body, and that adding more fruits and vegetables is only a good thing.
For the full list of current studies, you can check out the Juice Plus website: https://www.juiceplus.com/us/en/products/clinical-research
In addition to the clinical studies, they have also collected data from willing participant about the changes in their overall health and wellness. Here is what they have on their website:

As someone whose family has taken these for 1.5 years, let me tell you my take on this. The first three are more about your overall lifestyle. If you are paying more attention to what you eat, and are paying good money for supplements, you better be thinking about eating healthier! These supplements don't make you magically crave more good-for-you food, and less bad-for-you food; but if you are willing to pay for supplements, you are most likely going to pay more attention to your diet too.
I can't comment on the prescriptions, because my family doesn't really have any; but I can comment on the doctor and missing days of school/work. Even during a pandemic, my kids were sick less. They didn't go to the doctor as much, and they did miss fewer days of school. I can honestly say I think that Juice Plus can claim the win here, because we never ate fast food or soft drinks, and we always have fruits and vegetables (and the crying that comes with it!). For those two items, I don't think it's a placebo effect; it's real.
The Challenge
This isn't a one week and BOOM you're amazingly healthy. This is a lifestyle change that will take months to take full effect, which is why the product is only sold in 4 months supply packages. Juice Plus knows that it takes time for your body to repair itself and to get back on the right track. When you are ready to give this a try, you need to commit to the full 4 months.
Another drawback is, they aren't cheap. But after going to the grocery store this weekend and seeing the price of fruits and vegetables, I understand why. One thing that does help is that they have a program that offers children FREE product for up to 4 years. For every active subscription of fruit + veggies for an adult, they can get free product for a child. This can be your kids, grandkids, or other family member. I personally sponsor my nephew.
